The best in dog boarding!  She treats fur babies like her own family, not like corporate pet hotels with kennels. She makes sure to ask in advance about each pet's habits, routine, and temperament, and gives individual attention and time.  Pets are allowed on her bed and furniture if you let them in your home so they feel at home.  Big and small dogs all seem to have a special connection with Nathalie and each other. It's amazing!  She sends updates with pictures daily and responds to texts immediately. She's warm and welcoming, and my dogs are happy to go to her.  5 stars!
