Cancellation & Refund Policy

Nathalie’s Happy Paws Pet Retreat
Effective Date: November 25, 2025

At Nathalie’s Happy Paws Pet Retreat, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and provide the best experience for all clients and their pets, we have established the following Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. General Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all clients notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or modify a reservation.

  • Cancellations made anytime before the scheduled drop-off time:
    No cancellation fee. Any deposit or prepaid amount will be refunded in full or applied as credit toward a future stay.  Prepaid amounts will be refunded or credited.

  • Nathalie’s Happy Paws Pet Retreat LLC reserves the right to cancel any booking that is not paid in full at date and time of pet drop-off.   Any changes to bookings during the pets’ stay which result in additional charges are payable in full prior to or at pet’s pickup.  An updated invoice will be provided should a stay be extended.

 

2. Daycare Cancellations

  • Packages (5-day, 10-day, monthly unlimited):

    • Non-refundable once purchased

    • Can be transferred to another pet owner with approval

    • Must be used within the designated period at time of purchased.

 

3. Early Pickup / Shortened Stays

If you choose to pick up your pet earlier than originally scheduled:

  • The full length of the original booking may still be charged.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused nights during boarding stays.

 

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise requested and approved. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment processor.

 

5. Business-Initiated Cancellations

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a reservation (e.g., illness, unsafe conditions, emergencies).
If this occurs:

  • You will receive a full refund of any deposits or prepaid amounts.

  • We will assist in rescheduling whenever possible.

 

6. How to Cancel or Modify a Reservation

You may cancel or adjust your booking by contacting us directly:

7. Agreement to Policy

By booking services with Nathalie’s Happy Paws Pet Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
